We collect basic account details (name, email, phone) and the listing information you choose to track. We also monitor publicly available market data to provide your updates.
We use information to provide and improve Blue Rook — delivering your alerts, drafting your updates, and making the service smarter over time. We may also use aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you, for analytics, research, product development, and other business purposes.
We encrypt data in transit and at rest. Access is controlled through secure authentication and limited to what the service needs.
