By using Blue Rook, you agree to follow our service guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the service.
Eligibility
Blue Rook is designed for licensed real estate professionals aged 18+. You must have a mobile number capable of receiving standard text messages.
Membership & Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew to ensure you never miss a market update. Alpha members receive a 12-month price guarantee from their sign-up date.

Blue Rook provides data-driven updates to help you stay informed. We do not provide legal or financial advice. All final business decisions are your responsibility.
Detailed Provisions
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with our market monitoring systems. Automated scraping or reverse engineering of our platform is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
The Blue Rook platform, including its features and design, is owned by Blue Rook. Your membership grants you a license to use our updates, not ownership of the underlying software.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service at any time through your dashboard. Access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. Data is kept for 30 days after cancellation unless you request otherwise.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. All legal proceedings will take place in Chicago, IL.
